Frances U. Yoshikane, dds, md

Dr. Yoshikane grew up in Orange County, CA and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry where she received numerous awards and scholarships, and graduated at the top of her class.

Dr. Yoshikane went on to obtain her medical degree (MD) from the New York University School of Medicine and completed the highly selective, six-year, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at NYU Langone Health/Bellevue Hospital Center where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. She is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Yoshikane is trained in all aspects of oral & maxillofacial surgery including complex jaw reconstruction, oral pathology, dentoalveolar surgery and dental implant rehabilitation. In addition, she has extensive training in outpatient sedation and general anesthesia.

Dr. Yoshikane brings a genuine dedication to her patients’ well-being. Her skill, attention to detail, and commitment to surgical innovation make her a trusted partner in her patients’ healthcare journey.

In her free time, Dr. Yoshikane enjoys traveling, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, Benny.
